Liquid Booster Pumps

LITE LBD Series Double-Acting Air-Driven Liquid Pumps

LBD pumps combine a 125 mm air-drive piston with a double-acting configuration for liquid boosting and pressure testing. Match the model and air supply to flow at the target pressure and the duty cycle.

Overview

Equipment purpose and configuration

LITE provides pump selection, configuration and supply services for this product. The model and scope of supply are confirmed in the order.

LBD pumps supply liquid pressure for boosting, pressure testing and equipment integration. Select by flow at the target pressure and the operating cycle.

The pumps use a 125 mm air-drive piston and a double-acting configuration. Wetted materials and seals are selected for the liquid.

Provide drive-air conditions, liquid inlet supply, temperature, target outlet pressure and corresponding flow, plus connection and installation requirements.

Features

  • 125 mm air-drive piston
  • Double-acting configuration
  • Wetted materials and seals selected for the liquid

Optional Configurations

  • Wetted materials, seals and connections follow the liquid and application. Valve assemblies, instruments and controls are confirmed for the project scope.

Tabulated reference outlet pressures are static reference values at drive-air pressure PL=0.8 MPa.

Zero-backpressure reference flow is approximate at PL=0.6 MPa and outlet pressure PB=0 MPa; it does not represent flow at the target pressure.

Reference outlet pressure supports selection. Confirm working pressure and flow at the target pressure for the selected model and application.

Provide the liquid and temperature, inlet supply, drive conditions, target pressure and corresponding flow, and duty cycle.

Connections and installation dimensions follow order drawings; accessories and system components follow the agreed scope of supply.

Selection FAQ

Common Questions

RFQ Details

Include your available drive conditions and connection sizes so we can check the installation and drive air requirements.

How should reference outlet pressure be used?

It is a static reference value at drive-air pressure PL=0.8 MPa for pressure matching. Confirm working pressure for the selected model and application.

Can zero-backpressure flow determine pressure-test time?

It cannot be used directly. The flow column is approximate at PL=0.6 MPa and PB=0 MPa. Test time also depends on flow at the target pressure, pressurized volume and duty cycle.

How does LBD differ structurally from LB?

LBD uses a 125 mm air-drive piston and a double-acting configuration. Compare the series using flow at the target pressure, available drive air and duty cycle.

Which installation and supply details are needed for a quote?

Specify connection standards, installation space and duty cycle, and state whether the order requires a pump alone or valve assemblies, instruments and controls.
