Gas Booster Pumps

LITE LTT Series Two-Stage Gas Booster Pumps

Product details in this language are being prepared. Read an available version: English · 中文

LTT uses two-stage compression to raise inlet gas to the required pressure. Model selection can accommodate low inlet-pressure supplies; check the individual inlet pressure range for each model.

Pressure Range
Maximum outlet pressure 20–80 MPa, depending on model
Test Medium
Process gas; gas-contact components matched to the actual medium
Driven Type / Power Source
No more than 0.8 MPa

Overview

Equipment purpose and configuration

LITE provides pump selection, configuration and supply services for this product. The model and scope of supply are confirmed in the order.

LTT uses two-stage compression to raise inlet gas to the required pressure. The series can be selected for process-gas boosting with low inlet-pressure supply conditions.

Five models use a 160 mm drive piston and exhaust cooling at both pump heads. Inlet suitability differs by model; use the individual model range for selection.

Drive-air pressure must not exceed 0.8 MPa. LTT25/60 has an inlet range of 1–2.5 MPa; the other listed models have a range of 0.01–1 MPa. Provide minimum and maximum inlet pressure, target outlet pressure, flow at that pressure and duty cycle to check the selected model.

Features

  • Two-stage boosting with 5 models
  • 160 mm drive piston
  • Exhaust cooling at both pump heads

Optional Configurations

  • Confirm the need and supply scope for the pump, mounting, valves, instruments, air storage and controls for the project.

Drive-air pressure must not exceed 0.8 MPa.

Check the inlet pressure range for each model; LTT25/60 has a different inlet range from the other models.

Provide the gas type, inlet pressure PA, drive-air pressure PL, target outlet pressure PB, flow at that pressure, and continuous or intermittent duty requirements.

Selection FAQ

Common Questions

RFQ Details

Include your available drive conditions and connection sizes so we can check the installation and drive air requirements.

What operating conditions are needed for sizing?

Provide the working medium, inlet pressure, target outlet pressure, required flow at that duty point, available drive conditions, and connection sizes.

How can I confirm the actual outlet pressure and flow?

Check them together for the specific model and its inlet, outlet, and drive conditions. Include pressure units and the flow measurement conditions in your RFQ.
