Overview

Equipment purpose and configuration

LITE provides pump selection, configuration and supply services for this product. The model and scope of supply are confirmed in the order.

ALM02 uses compressed-air drive to provide locally boosted air for pneumatic clamps, actuators and leak-test stations. It can be selected around an existing plant compressed-air network.

The model has a 2:1 boost ratio. A regulator on the drive side adjusts drive-air pressure, with no electrical supply required. The drive connection is G 3/8 and both process connections are NPT 3/8.

For selection, provide the available air pressure, target outlet pressure, flow at that pressure and usage cycle. Use these conditions to match pressure regulation and air storage, and confirm the supply scope for the pump and system accessories.

Features

  • 2:1 boost ratio
  • Compressed-air drive; no electrical supply required
  • Drive pressure adjusted through a regulator on the drive side

Optional Configurations

  • Confirm the need and supply scope for the pump, mounting, valves, instruments, air storage and controls for the project.

Selection FAQ

Common Questions

RFQ Details

Include your available drive conditions and connection sizes so we can check the installation and drive air requirements.

Can the boost ratio determine delivered flow?

2:1 is the boost ratio. Delivered flow must be checked using drive-air pressure, inlet pressure, target outlet pressure and usage cycle.

What operating data is needed for selection?

Provide available air pressure, inlet pressure, target outlet pressure, flow at that pressure and usage cycle. Include flow units and reference conditions.

How is flow at the target pressure checked?

Check inlet conditions, drive conditions and target outlet pressure as one operating point, together with the duty cycle. Boost ratio or maximum outlet pressure alone does not define flow at that point.

Does this page describe a pump or a complete system?

This page describes the pump and model selection. Confirm the need and supply scope for mounting, valves, instruments, air storage and controls separately for the project.
