Air Pressure Boosters

LITE DGM03 Air Booster Pump

DGM03 is a single-acting air booster for local boosting of clean compressed air. Its nominal 3:1 ratio supports selection for pneumatic fixtures and test-station air supplies.

Clean compressed air
Driven Type / Power Source
No more than 0.8 MPa recommended

Overview

Equipment purpose and configuration

LITE provides pump selection, configuration and supply services for this product. The model and scope of supply are confirmed in the order.

DGM03 locally boosts clean compressed air for pneumatic fixtures, test stations and similar equipment. Select the operating point from the required air pressure and usage cycle.

The model has a single-acting design with an exhaust-cooled pump head, a nominal 3:1 boost ratio and a 100 mm drive piston. Both process air and drive air must be clean compressed air.

A drive-air pressure of no more than 0.8 MPa is recommended. Provide drive-air pressure, inlet pressure, target outlet pressure, flow at that pressure and continuous or intermittent demand. Confirm air storage, pressure regulation and instruments for the project.

Features

  • Nominal 3:1 boost ratio
  • Single-acting design with exhaust-cooled pump head
  • 100 mm drive piston

Optional Configurations

  • Confirm the need and supply scope for the pump, mounting, valves, instruments, air storage and controls for the project.

Selection FAQ

Common Questions

RFQ Details

Include your available drive conditions and connection sizes so we can check the installation and drive air requirements.

Can the boost ratio determine delivered flow?

3:1 is the nominal boost ratio. Delivered flow must be checked using drive-air pressure, inlet pressure, target outlet pressure and usage cycle.

What operating data is needed for selection?

Provide available air pressure, inlet pressure, target outlet pressure, flow at that pressure and usage cycle. Include flow units and reference conditions.

How is flow at the target pressure checked?

Check inlet conditions, drive conditions and target outlet pressure as one operating point, together with the duty cycle. Boost ratio or maximum outlet pressure alone does not define flow at that point.

Does this page describe a pump or a complete system?

This page describes the pump and model selection. Confirm the need and supply scope for mounting, valves, instruments, air storage and controls separately for the project.
