Overview

Equipment purpose and configuration

LITE provides pump selection, configuration and supply services for this product. The model and scope of supply are confirmed in the order.

Select a DGG, DGGD or DGM base type for dimethyl ether boosting and transfer. Confirm the medium-side configuration for composition, inlet phase, temperature and target duty point. All three base types use compressed air. This page does not identify a single medium-specific order model.

The aluminum alloy in DGG and DGGD is in the drive section and does not establish wetted-part materials. DGM offers carbon-steel or stainless-steel pump heads. Confirm the pump head, valves and seal combination for the actual medium.

Provide dimethyl ether composition, inlet phase, temperature and supply pressure, target outlet pressure, flow at that pressure and drive-air conditions. Specify the pump, frame, valves, vessels and controls for the project.

Features

  • Compressed-air drive; DGG / DGGD / DGM base types
  • DGG / DGGD have an aluminum-alloy drive section
  • DGM offers carbon-steel or stainless-steel pump-head options

Optional Configurations

  • Medium-contact parts and seals are confirmed for the operating conditions. Frames, valves, instruments, vessels and controls are specified for the project.

Check flow at target pressure for the specific model and inlet conditions.

Confirm medium-contact parts and seals for the actual composition, concentration, phase and temperature.

Selection FAQ

Common Questions

RFQ Details

Include your available drive conditions and connection sizes so we can check the installation and drive air requirements.

Can one configuration be used for different supply phases?

Check the inlet phase, temperature and pressure separately, then confirm the pump head and seals. A shared base-type name does not establish suitability for every supply phase.

How is flow at target pressure confirmed?

Provide actual inlet supply conditions, drive-air conditions, target outlet pressure and required flow to check the duty point for the specific model.

Does this page describe a pump or a complete system?

This page is a selection entry for the pump and medium-specific configuration. Frames, valve assemblies, instruments, vessels and controls are specified for the project and are not included as standard pump accessories.
