Specialty Booster Pumps

RP04-06NL Gaseous Refrigerant Booster Pump

RP04-06NL uses compressed air to boost and transfer gaseous refrigerants and support recovery arrangements. The refrigerant designation, inlet temperature and pressure determine the medium-side configuration and duty point.

Test Medium
Gaseous refrigerant; designation confirmed for the configuration
Driven Type / Power Source
Compressed air; recommended 0.6–0.8 MPa, maximum 1.0 MPa

Overview

Equipment purpose and configuration

LITE provides pump selection, configuration and supply services for this product. The model and scope of supply are confirmed in the order.

RP04-06NL uses compressed air for gaseous refrigerant boosting, transfer and recovery arrangements. It has a 6:1 pressure ratio and ZG 1/2 drive-air, medium inlet and outlet connections.

The recommended drive-air pressure is 0.6–0.8 MPa, with a maximum of 1.0 MPa. The drive cylinder diameter is 160 mm, booster cylinder diameter 63 mm and stroke 50 mm. These dimensions do not specify flow at the target outlet pressure.

For selection, provide the refrigerant designation, inlet temperature and pressure, target outlet pressure, flow at that pressure and available drive-air conditions. Confirm seals, temperature range, permitted outlet pressure and the scope of pump or recovery-system supply.

Features

  • 6:1 pressure ratio
  • ZG 1/2 drive-air and medium connections
  • Recommended drive-air pressure: 0.6–0.8 MPa

Optional Configurations

  • Medium-contact parts and seals are confirmed for the operating conditions. Frames, valves, instruments, vessels and controls are specified for the project.

Confirm refrigerant compatibility, temperature, seals and permitted outlet pressure for the selected configuration.

This page covers gaseous refrigerants. Liquid or flammable refrigerants and other media require separate configuration confirmation.

Provide the refrigerant designation, inlet temperature and pressure, target outlet pressure, flow at that pressure and drive-air conditions.

Selection FAQ

Common Questions

RFQ Details

Include your available drive conditions and connection sizes so we can check the installation and drive air requirements.

Which refrigerant phase does this page cover?

This page covers gaseous refrigerants. Provide the designation, inlet temperature and pressure to confirm the configuration; a gaseous configuration is not directly specified for liquid refrigerant.

How is flow at the target pressure confirmed?

Provide inlet pressure and temperature, drive-air conditions and target outlet pressure. Flow must be checked at that duty point; pressure ratio alone does not establish it.

Does this page describe a pump or a complete system?

This page is a selection entry for the pump and medium-specific configuration. Frames, valve assemblies, instruments, vessels and controls are specified for the project and are not included as standard pump accessories.
