Overview

Equipment purpose and configuration

LITE provides pump selection, configuration and supply services for this product. The model and scope of supply are confirmed in the order.

This configuration entry covers gaseous hydrogen boosting. DGA is a single-acting base type, DGD a single-stage type and DGT a two-stage type. These identify structural choices; the order model is confirmed for the duty point.

DGA has a 160 mm drive piston. DGT data specify a maximum drive-air pressure of 0.8 MPa. DGT can be evaluated for low inlet pressures, but its applicable inlet range must be checked for the specific model and is not a common range for all base types.

Provide hydrogen purity, minimum and maximum inlet pressures, temperature, target outlet pressure, flow at that pressure and available drive-air pressure. Confirm hydrogen-contact parts, seals, leakage requirements and the scope of pump or packaged-system supply.

Features

  • DGA single-acting, DGD single-stage and DGT two-stage base types
  • Select by inlet-pressure range and target duty point
  • Confirm hydrogen-contact parts and seals for the operating conditions

Optional Configurations

  • Medium-contact parts and seals are confirmed for the operating conditions. Frames, valves, instruments, vessels and controls are specified for the project.

Base Types and Configuration Selection

Base typeStructure and drive dataSelection points
DGASingle acting; 160 mm drive pistonSelect the specific model by inlet pressure and flow at target pressure
DGDSingle-stage structureConfirm inlet-pressure range, hydrogen-contact materials and seals
DGTTwo-stage structure; maximum drive-air pressure 0.8 MPaEvaluate low inlet-pressure duties; confirm inlet range for the specific model

Check the base type, inlet-pressure range, flow at target pressure and medium-side configuration together.

Provide hydrogen purity, minimum and maximum inlet pressures, temperature, target outlet pressure, required flow and available drive-air pressure.

Confirm pump head, valves, seals and leakage requirements for the operating conditions. Define pump and packaged-system supply separately.

Selection FAQ

Common Questions

RFQ Details

Include your available drive conditions and connection sizes so we can check the installation and drive air requirements.

How is a low-inlet-pressure hydrogen duty selected?

Evaluate the two-stage DGT base type and check minimum and maximum inlet pressures, drive-air pressure and flow at target outlet pressure for the specific model.

How are hydrogen-contact parts and leakage requirements confirmed?

Provide hydrogen purity, operating temperature and pressure, plus material, seal and leakage requirements, to confirm the pump head, valves and seals.

Does this page describe a pump or a complete system?

This page is a selection entry for the pump and medium-specific configuration. Frames, valve assemblies, instruments, vessels and controls are specified for the project and are not included as standard pump accessories.
